Coaching is about moving forward with confidence and clarity.

Coaching is focused on the present and the future. What are your best next steps? How can you prepare for things that come your way? Of course our past plays a role in shaping our present and our future, but the primary task of a life and health coach is to help their clients make progress in the everyday challenges they are facing right now.

Coaching is about building mental fitness and preparing for specific challenges.

One of the questions people often ask is “What’s the difference between coaching and therapy?” In my view, therapy is about mental health, and coaching is about mental fitness. Think of the analogy of an athletic coach—in the world of sports, a coach is there to inspire you to your best achievements and support you in preparing for new challenges. That’s my vision of coaching, and it informs whatever I do.

Coaching can be for everybody.

If you have questions you want help with, coaching might be right for you. You don’t have to be a Fortune 500 CEO or a self-actualized yoga teacher or a TikTok influencer or whoever else you may think of as the stereotypical coaching client. If you’ve got questions, you’ve got answers, and I can help you find your way to those answers.
